a little touch lost

how time flies when you're all caught up in the bustle of life. its been more than a month since i last wrote something and maybe its time for some mindless banter. may is coming to an end and i must say it's really a hectic month for all of my friends too. some went overseas for vacation, others are mugging for their papers and some are just occupied with work. i hope june take a turn for the better.
but anyway my hands yearned to whisk out something pretty and delicious and nothing, i mean nothing is as good and simply satisfying as a foret noire. rather then using kirsch preserved maraschino cherries, i got myself a bunch of fresh ones. a layer of light cream with a touched of baileys gives the gateau more aroma and not to mention a rich layer of valrhona chocolate cream. i used 66% caraibe.
