meadows and blue skies

as i was walking to the bus stop today after some unsuccessful attempts to flag down a cab, i pass this field of green grass. the pathway was along the field with a slight elevation before the field extends to my estate. looking up the scene was simple, calming and one that holds my gaze as grasses of lovely green were swaying against the clear blue sky with clouds of cotton white in the gentle breeze and there up in the sky was an airplane flying into the clouds with each passing second it got further and was soon out of sight. the feeling was as though all the peace and joy in the world was portrayed in that few moments as i took in the sight, forgetting about everything else.
although silly it may seem but i desire a chance to live in a small cottage in a village with a meadow of wild flowers and green grasses as my backyard and the majestic forest in the distant. where the wind whisper softly and the sun shines gently. sitting under the shade of my veranda as i sip my tea and enjoy the splendid sight of flowers doting the meadow with colors and the blue sky, oh so blue it feels innocent. i feel that sometimes something as simple as this is all i can wish for, nothing complicated nothing awfully spectacular.
dreams aside i am reading the glass book of dream eaters now and my my what an intriguing story i must say. how people can be involved in the most unexpected ways in life and i remember a saying that there's no such thing as coincidence but only inevitability. i guess that there are things that shouldn't be avoided but instead be met with all hope one has. people will naturally try to avoid those of unhappiness and attempt to make those of happiness come true therefore knowing your destiny or fate is unnecessary.
