Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake~~~

Yeah~~~ finally made my first cheesecake... the ingredients are expensive so i shan't bake it too often... the whole cake cost me almost 18 bucks... well mostly because of the strawberries, should try to make Irish Cream Cheesecake the next time... Hahahahz

Cheesecake is a very sexy and divine and well... sinful dessert... and the process of baking such a cake is long... the batter needs to be smooth like milk and there should be no lumps in it and well after baking for an hour, the whole thing needs to remain in the oven for a further hour.... then after cooling... it needs to be left in the fridge overnight before your knife can cut into it... arzzzzzz...
