sunday's lunch

the aroma of tomatoes, onions, basil, thyme, oregano fills my kitchen as the pot sat ontop of the stove simmering away on a sunday morning as i move about preparing lunch and oh my i love tomatoes. the colour, the scent, the taste and gosh everything about tomatoes is simply gorgeous. i had my doubt about the lasagna noodles that i bought as you do not have to boil it first, the package instruction says simply to lay it in the tin and add the sauce and send it happly into the oven.

the next time i attempt to bake this lasagna i shall sprinkle more grated mozarella and purchase a damn fish fillet that is fatter.
